Delivery and Returns

Please note there is a 3-4 week turnaround on all of our handmade products e.g muslins, swaddles and cot sheets. 

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. 

UK Delivery

Our standard UK delivery is £3.95. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. 

If your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us via the contact page on the website and we will investigate.

Republic of Ireland & The Channel Islands Delivery

Our standard delivery is £7.99. 

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. If your parcel has not arrived after 21 working days, please contact us and we will investigate.

Rest of the World Delivery**

Our standard international delivery is £16. 

**Orders delivered outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges and taxes. All fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient, as such we strongly advise you check what the relevant fees will be before placing your order with us. 

Returns

As most of our products are handmade to order, we currently only accept returns on faulty items.
